A Guest Services office is located at the main entrance of the building to provide any assistance necessary. Services include a complementary phone system for guests, assistive listening devices and wheelchairs.

ADA Compliant Services
Spokane Arena offers ADA compliant seating in all price categories. If you require disabled seating or special accommodations, be sure to communicate your needs to the ticket agent. Further information can be found on our Disability Services page. Assistive listening devices are available at the Guest Services booth.
Concession Stands
The Spokane Arena offers a variety of food and beverage items in two food courts and five additional concession stands.
- Concession stands feature traditional items such as hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream, soda and beer.
- Located in The Market Food Court: Pizza Factory, Griddled Sandwiches, Craft Burger + Sausages, Noodled Asian Cuisine, Froyo Earth frozen yogurt and a 16-tap beer, cider and wine bar.
- A specialty taco stand is located outside Section 113.
Dry Fly
Enjoy an exceptional dining experience while you attend your next event at the Spokane Arena in Dry Fly. Located on the concourse, Dry Fly serves wonderful food an hour before the show through intermission. Enjoy your meal or cocktail surrounded by 11 large screen TVs and you won't miss a minute of the game.
NO-LI TAPROOM
Located on the east end of the concourse, behind Section 122, the No-Li Taproom offers a variety of rotating craft beer taps from local and regional breweries. Stop by each event to see what we're pouring!
WHITE CLAW LOUNGE
Located on the south side of the arena concourse, the White Claw Lounge will be open to guests of all ages at Spokane Arena events.
RED TAIL AT THE ARENA
Located above Section 110, on the west end of the building, Red Tail at the Arena presented by Coeur d'Alene Resort & Casino, is the only area in the arena where guests can grab a beer without missing any of the action! The perfect location to enjoy a Spokane Chiefs hockey game, Red Tail at the Arena is open to the public is not to be missed!
Restrooms
Several restrooms and baby changing stations are located around the concourse. Five private family restooms are also available.

The Guest Services booth at Spokane Arena offers a complementary phone call.
Merchandise and Souvenir Stands
Merchandise and souvenir availability depends on event. The Spokane Chiefs Team Store is is open weekdays from 9am-5pm and during all Chiefs home games.
