• No standing in line - tickets are made available for pickup prior to the show, or can be mailed directly to your home or office.

• Promotional Materials including event posters and customized flyers are available to assist in promoting your Group's outing.

• Group orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. The earlier the order and payment is received, the better the seating availability. Additional tickets may be added to existing orders, placing them as close as possible to the original order.
• Seats are assigned on a next best available basis upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Please note that not all seats are available for purchase through Group Sales.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards. Personal checks and cash are also accepted.
• Please notify us at the time of your order if any member of your party needs seating for people with special needs.
• All sales are final. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges once orders have been paid in full.
• Spokane Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced tickets.
• All tickets orders will be placed at Will Call unless accompanied with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Group ticket orders can be mailed for an additional fee.
• Bus parking is available; please notify us at time of purchase for individual show details on bus parking.
• No outside food or beverage is permitted.
