Disabled Seating
The Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena was designed and constructed in compliance with all Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. It is our commitment to provide a safe, comfortable environment for each guest to enjoy their experience at the Spokane Arena.
Disabled Parking
There are 40 accessible parking stalls for cars and vans located in Parking Lot B near the Northeast Main Arena entrance. Anyone using these spaces must display an official state disabled parking permit or license plate.
There are additional accessible spaces in Lot F south of the Spokane Arena. There are passenger loading zones on Howard Street that serve both the Event and Concourse Levels.
Entrances & Elevators
For your convenience, push button activated doors are located at the Northeast and Southeast Arena entrances. For most events, please use the Northeast Main Entrance. This will put you on the main Concourse Level. There is an elevator to transport persons with disabilities to the Event Level.
Guest Services Facilities
Every concession and novelty stand is equipped with sections of 34" high counters for convenient use by guests in wheelchairs. The Spokane Arena has Assistive Listening Devices available at Guest Assistance located near the Northeast Main Entrance. There are four accessible drinking fountains on the Concourse level and one on the Event Level.
Seating
There is a variety of disabled seating locations available. Designated seating for wheelchair users and their disabled guests, companions or families is available at every ticket price.
Restrooms
All public restrooms are accessible. There are five "family" restrooms provided to accommodate disabled individuals with a companion. These also serve adults with small children requiring assistance.
Telephones
There are two accessible pay-telephone locations at the Spokane Arena. One is located just to the west of the Main Entrance, the other is located near the Southeast Entrance by the elevator.
